百里香属4种植物花期挥发油含量差异研究

The content differences of essential oil between different organs of Thymus in reproductive period

在不同繁殖期对百里香属4种植物不同部位的挥发油含量进行了比较研究.结果发现,在花盛期,不同种类的相同部位之间的差异很明显,东北百里香叶片为4个种所有部位中挥发油的含量最高,达到2.54%.在花末期,不同种类的茎和根部的含量均明显低于叶片,而根的含量除兴凯百里香略高于茎外,其它均低于茎和叶片.在花盛期,显脉百里香全株的挥发油含量为最高,可达到0.86%,其次为兴安百里香(0.64%)和兴凯百里香(0.52%),最低为东北百里香(0.25%).而在花末期,显脉百里香和兴凯百里香全株的挥发油含量分别为0.34%和0.36%,均明显高于兴安百里香(0.09%)和东北百里香(0.06%).从4种花的发育过程来看,花盛期的挥发油含量均高于花末期.

The content differences of essential oil between different organs of different species in different reproductive period were studied. The results showed that in bloom period, the contents of essential oil were different in the same organs of different species, the contents of essential oil from leaves of Thymus mandschuricus was the highest in all organs of four species, which was 2.54%. In bloom final period, the contents of essential oil from stems and roots were both lower than leaves in the different species. Besides, the contents of roots were lower than stem and leaves in other three species, except for that of Thymusprzewalskii In bloom period, the essential oil from the whole individuals of Thymus nervulosus was the highest in four species, which can reach 0.86%. Followed by Thymus dahugcus（ 0.64% ）and Thymus przewalskii（0.52% ）, the lowest was Th.mandschuricus which only 0.25%. Moreover, the contents of essential oil of Thymus nervulosus and Thymus nervulosus were 0.34%, 0.36% respectively, which were all higher than Th. dahuricus（ 0.09% ）and Th. mandschuricus（ 0.06% ）. From the development of reproduction, the contents of essential oil in bloom period were higher than that in bloom final period.
