摘要
光纤流量传感器是一种基于光信号的新型流量传感器。光纤中传输的光信号受到流量的作用,其强度、相位、波长等参数都会发生变化,通过检测光信号相关的变化可得到相应的流量大小。文章就几种类型的光纤流量传感器的工作原理及特性进行了阐述,对它们的优缺点进行分析比较,并提出了改进方案。
Fiber-optic flowmeter is a new type of flowmeter based on optical signals. When optical signals are transported in optical fibers, their intensity, phase, wavelength and other parameters are changed due to the effects of the flow, the size of which can be determined by measuring the relative changes of the signals. This paper describes the operating principles and features of several types of fiber-optic flowmeters, makes comparative analysis of their merits and demerits and proposes appropriate improvement schemes.
