Made use of literature information, questionnaire investigation, statistic and reference to experts, etc. At the whole and integrate point of view to make a macroscopic study of the physical education work in ordinary high schools which had finished ＂the expansion of enroll students＂ in Heilongjiang province. According to the teaching problems at present and the development in the future, puted forward some revolutionary suggestion and developmental means.
