糖尿病患者糖尿病知识知晓现状调查及影响因素分析

Current Status of Diabetic Knowledge of Diabetic Patients and Analysis of Related Factors

目的了解糖尿病患者对糖尿病知识知晓的状况及其影响因素,为糖尿病教育提供依据。方法采用自行设计的糖尿病知识测评表,对186例住院的2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。以患者糖尿病知识的知晓情况为应变量,一般情况为自变量进行多元线性逐步回归分析,筛选有统计学意义的影响因素。结果36.6%糖尿病患者知识测评得分为差,48.9%为一般,14.5%为好;患者糖尿病知识得分与其文化程度、病程长短、有无接受过糖尿病教育课程、有无注射过胰岛素、有无工作密切相关(P<0.01)。结论糖尿病患者对糖尿病知识知晓的状况不容乐观,应加大糖尿病教育力度,并做到根据患者文化程度等因素的不同而采取不同的教育模式,以提高糖尿病教育质量。

Objective To investigate the current status of diabetic knowledge of diabetic patients and analyze influencing factors in order to supply data for diabetic educations. Methods 186 cases of Type 2 diabetic patients were investigated with self-designed diabetic knowledge test form and data was analyzed by multiple linear return analysis method in order to select the factors with statistical significance. Results Scores of 36.6% involved patients were bad, 48.9% average and 14.5% good. The scores are closely related to education degree, course of disease, education of diabetes, insulin therapy and job （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Status of diabetic knowledge of diabetic patients was not optimistic. It is necessary to enhance diabetes education and adopt different education according to education degree, course of disease, education of diabetes, insulin therapy and job, so as to improve the quality of diabetes education.
