在静脉治疗安全管理中实施标识化管理的实践与成效

Effect of Identification Management in Safety Management of Vein Transfusion

为了确保静脉治疗的护理安全,规避护理风险,防范护理缺陷,加大对病区静脉治疗安全管理的力度,在对2001年1月-2003年12月发生静脉治疗护理差错及差错苗头的风险因素进行分析的基础上,于2004年1月-2006年12月实施了静脉治疗标识化管理。通过有针对性地运用病人标识、静脉治疗标识和护士标识,使得静脉治疗护理差错和差错苗头发生率分别由原来的0.19%、5.03%下降为0、0.15%,病人对静脉治疗护理服务的满意度由原来的83.22%上升为98.55%;静脉评估率由原来的10%上升为100%。静脉治疗标识化管理的临床应用,增强了静脉治疗安全防范,细化了病区护理服务的管理,为构建和谐的医护患关系创造了条件。

In order to ensure the nursing safety in vein transfusion, avoid nursing risks, enhance the safety management of vein transfusion in ward, the authors＇ department implemented vein transfusion identification management from Jan. 2004 to Dec. 2006 after they analyzed the risky factors of nursing mistakes and possible mistakes from Jan. 2001 to Dec. 2003. Through using patient＇s identification, vein transfusion identification, nurse＇s identification, they reduced incidence rate of nursing mistake and possible mistake from 0.19% and 5.03% to 0 and 0.15% and increased satisfactory rate of patient toward nursing from 83.22% to 98.55%. The assessment rate of vein raised from 10% to 100%. The application of identification management of vein transfusion improves the prevention in vein transfusion, specifies nursing management in ward and creates conditions for good patient-and-nurse relationship.
