摘要
生化耗氧量是废水排放的重要控制指标,但它的测定需要时间较长(五天),而化学耗氧量的测定时间较短(几小时),这两者是否存在稳定的关系?本文,在实践的基础上,通过直线回归法统计,获得了甘蔗制糖总排水的生化耗氧量与化学耗氧量的关系直线。认为对糖厂的低浓度废水:只要测定其对应的生化耗氧量和化学耗氧量的一组数据,通过直线回归法统计,便可得出这两者的关系直线;在日常生产控制中,只做其化学耗氧量,便可通过这关系直线查出对应的生化耗氧量,及时指导生产。文中,对生化耗氧量与溶解氧量的关系,对不同的温度和处理时间的生化耗氧量的换算系数,结合国外有关资料,也作了简要的介绍。
Biochemical Oxygen Demand is an important control index in wastewater effluent,but it takes longer time(5 days)for its determination,while the time for measuring the Chemical Oxygen Demand is shorter(10 hours)。Would there be any stabilized relationship between the two?This paper shows that the relational line between the BOD and COD in the total wastewater effluent of the cane sugar production can be obtained by applying the statistical method of linear regression on results from practical experiments done in this matter。It holds that for low concentration of wastewater effluent of the sugar mill,the relational line between BOD and COD can be obtained by applying the statistical method of linear regression on the series of data of the corresponding BOD and COD,once it can be determined。In the routine work of production control,by just doing the determination of COD,the corresponding BOD can be determined through this relational line,thus to be in time for directing production。Brief introductions are given on the relationship between BOD and Dissolved Oxygen and conversion coefficients of the BOD in different temperature and treatment duration。Reference to relative data from abroad is also given
