The Knowledge Transfer in Global Value Chain and the Upgrading Path of Chinese Manufacturing Industry

摘要从全球价值链中的知识转移、知识扩散和组织学习角度出发分析了发展中国家本地企业技术能力的形成过程和产业升级的机制,从创新类型和技术专有性两个维度构建了价值链升级的坐标体系,从工艺、产品、功能和跨越价值链四个角度提出了具体的产业升级路径。最后以联想公司为例分析了我国制造业如何在价值链中攀升从而获得持续的竞争优势。 From the view of knowledge transfer, knowledge diffusion and organizational learning in the gLobaL vaLue chain, this paper analyzes the formation process of Local enterprise＇s technology capability and the mechanism of industry upgrading, constructs the reference frame for value chain upgrading from the two dimensions of innovation type and technology proprietary, proposes and the seven different paths of industry upgrading from four angLes of technology process, product, function and value chain spanning. FinaLLy, Lenovo Corporation is employed to iLLustrate that how Chinese manufacturing industry upgrade in the global value chain and win sustainable competitive advantage.
