论我国的出口平台型外商直接投资

On the Export-Platform Foreign Direct Investment in China

除了水平型投资和垂直型投资以外,出口平台型直接投资成为了近期研究的热点。本文使用1980-2004年间我国对外经济贸易和外资企业出口数据,说明:20世纪90年代中期以前,各国在华直接投资动机存在明显差异;但20世纪90年代中期以后,各国投资动机趋同,我国大陆地区成为了香港地区、日本和美国这三个主要投资来源地的出口平台。但是与新加坡和爱尔兰这两个世界上主要的出口平台型国家相比,外资企业还没有成为我国经济的支柱,我国并不属于出口平台型国家。

There is increasing growth in Export Ptatform FDI globatty, which is different from the traditionat horizontat FDI or verticat FDI. Using the data of Chinese foreign trade and foreign firms＇ export between 1980 and 2004, this paper finds that the FDI motives in China have changed after the Mid-1990s and China has become the export ptatform for Hong Kong, Japan and USA. Atthough the economic openness degrees in China are considerabty high, the foreign firms＇ output, employment and export intensity are much tower than those of Singapore and Iretand, the two main export ptatforms in the wortd. So we do not think China is an export-ptatform country.
