The Causes of Tracheobronchial Stent Misplacement

目的:总结气管、支气管内支架放置经验教训,以提高气管内支架放置技术。方法:回顾性分析34例气管内支架放置术患者资料,对其中6例支架放置失误病例进行分析。结果:6例气管内支架放置失误原因既有术前和术后处置措施失当,也有经验不足或/和器材原因,导致支架未能放置到位。结论:支架放置过程中,定位准确、支架选择适当、充分了解支架特性、释放过程中随时根据情况调整支架位置,是避免失误最根本的方法。

Objective. To summarize the experience of the placement of tracheobronchial stent so as to improve the skills. Methods： The data of 34 patients with tracheobronchial stent placement were reviewed, and the Causes of stent misplacement in 6 patients were analyzed. Results： The Causes of stent misplacement included mismanagement of pre-and post-operations, inexperience of operators and the factors of equipment. Conclusions： In the possession of stent placement, it is the essential and effective approach to avoid stent misplacement with exact location of stenosis, proper stent selection, realization thoroughly of stent characteristics, and adjustment anytime according to the state changing during the possession of stent deployment.
