摘要
目的:了解尿总羟脯氨酸在不同生长发育时期含量的变化。方法:尿总羟脯氨酸测定采用加压酸水解法,对尿肌苷测定采用碱性苦味酸法,并用羟脯氨酸/肌苷(HOP/CV)表示。结果:对378名正常人进行了尿总羟脯氨酸的测定,结果表明尿总羟脯氨酸含量与性别关系不大(P〉0.5),而不同年龄组的尿总羟脯氨酸含量有显著差异。婴幼儿含量很高,随着年龄增加,尿总羟脯氨酸含量逐渐降低;到了成年(26~65岁),骨骼成熟,尿总羟脯氨酸含量变化不大;而66岁以上老人尿总羟脯氨酸含量明显下降(P〈0.05)。结论:尿总羟脯氨酸是衡量生长发育的重要生化指标。
Objective: To observe the HOP content changes in urine in different developing stages. Methods: The content of HOP in urine was determined by pressure acid hydrolysis method put forward by Bai xiuzhen et al. The content of CV in urine was determined by using alkaline picric acid method and showed as HOP/CV. Results: The HOP contents in urine of 378 normal persons were determined. The result showed that the HOP contents were little related with sex (P〉0. 5), while these were highly related with age. The HOP contents in babyhood were very high. The HOP contents decreased gradually as age increased. These remained unchanged in adulthood (26~65 years old), when skeletons were mature. But the contents of HOP decreased significantly in persons over 66 years old(P〈0. 05). So the contents of HOP in urine could reflect individual's growth level. Conclusion: HOP is an important biochemical variation to measure growth level.
