摘要
德兴铜矿湿法提铜工艺项目投产后,由于堆浸资源等现场浸出条件与原设计时发生了较大变化,严重制约着阴极产量,通过对萃取工艺的一系列可行性研究与试验后,分别在2004年和2005年对萃取系统实施了2次扩能改造,改造后萃取处理能力达到原设计的3倍,阴极铜产量大幅提升,取得了可观的经济和社会效益。本文着重介绍改造前后的萃取系统流程。
After the copper leaching system of Dexing Copper Mine started production, the cathode production is extremely restricted due to the different site condition from the designed condition. As a series of feasibility study and test has been conducted, two expansions were place in the year of 2004 and 2005, which increased the cathode capacity by 3 times, as well as increased the profitability. The article mainly introduced the expansion procedures.
