摘要
在从始极片向不锈钢阴极(PSC)的工艺改造过程中,保尔沃特提出了一种基于METRO理念的现代铜精炼电解设计。在充分掌握老厂情况的基础上,确定选用何种不锈钢阴极工艺之后,对电解厂房进行功能性分区,进行对厂房的优化配置。在此过程中引入METRO设计概念,可提升阴阳极片的装卸效率,从而实现整个过程的全自动和全程跟踪,以确保高电流效率和高产品质量。
PAULWURTH came up with a modernization design of copper electro--refining based on METRO concept, used for the conversion from starting sheet to permanent steel cathode (PSC) process. On the basis of grasping basic conditions of the existing refinery, the separation of working zone in areas would be introduced into the design with specified permanent cath- ode process, and optimizes the cell--house configuration. The design was developed on basis of the METRO concept tha.t can promote the efficiency of charging ; uncharging, so as to realize the process automation and full tracking, and hence to ensure high current efficiency and high quality products.
