摘要
为深入研究人工湿地净化机理,利用biolog微平板,研究了垂直流人工湿地基质微生物群落结构及代谢特性。平均色度变化(AWCD)表明基质上层微生物群落碳源代谢能力要小于下层碳源代谢能力,对不同碳源利用特性分析表明垂直流人工湿地基质微生物对糖类利用较好,对胺类、氨基酸、羧酸和聚合物其次,对酚类利用能力较差。主成分分析(PCA)结果表明人工湿地不同栽种植物和不同深度类型的基质微生物群落具有各自不同的群落结构和代谢特征。功能多样性指数研究显示,不同样点间丰度差别较小,而多样性和均匀性指数都是下层要高于上层,风车草湿地高于香蒲湿地。研究表明垂直流人工湿地基质微生物群落的结构和代谢特性受到不同环境和栽种植物影响,具有不同的代谢特点。
The metabolic characteristics and functional diversity of the microbial communities in vertical flow constructed wetlands were analyszed through the sole-carbon-source utilization profiles using ECO Biolog microplates. The variation of average well color development showed that the metabolic activities of lower substrate microorganisms were greater than upper substrate microorganisms. Among 31 carbon sources, carbohydrates, amines,amino acids and polymers had faster rates of color development than phenolic compounds. The results of principal component analysis (PCA) showed the different structure and metabolic properties. The abundance,diversity and eveness of upper substrate microbial communities were less than those of lower substrate microbial communities.
