荷电有机超滤膜处理金属离子溶液过程中离子强度的影响 被引量:4

EFFECT OF IONIC STRENGTH IN THE COURSE OF TREATMENT OF METAL IONIC SOLUTION BY CHARGED ORGANIC ULTRAFILTRATION MEMBRANE

摘要 以KCl溶液为代表,考察了压差对电位差的影响;测定了聚砜中空纤维超滤膜(截留分子量为6k)在KCl、NaCl、MgCl2、CaCl2和AlCl3背景电解质液中的等电点;研究了不同性质溶液的离子强度对流动电位、膜渗透性、离子截留率及ΔpH值的影响。结果表明:电位差随压差呈线性递增;膜等电点仅与金属离子价态有关;离子强度影响着流动电位,进而与膜渗透性、离子截留率及ΔpH密切相关。 When NaCl, KCl, MgCl2, CaCl2 and AlCl3 solutions were used as background electrolytes, the isoelectric points ofpolysulfone hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes (molecular weight cut-off 6 kDa) were measured respectively. Effects of ionic strengths on streaming potential, membrane permeability, ionic rejection ratio and △pH (pH permeate-pHretentate) were studied in various natural solutions. The results showed that △Ф increased linearly with the increases of △P; isoelectric points are related only to metal ionic valences,and ionic strength affects streaming polentials, thus it is closely related to membrane permeability, ionic retention rate and △pH.
