摘要 稀土能提高甘蔗伸长期叶片酸性转化酶活性及叶片自由水的含量,促进甘蔗生长;提高甘蔗伸长期和成熟期叶片中性转化酶活性,降低成熟期叶片酸性转化酶活性及叶片自由水/束缚水的比值,促进蔗糖分的积累。 The activities of acid and neutral invertases and the content of free water of leaves were raised in the elongation stage of sugarcane sprayed with rare earths(RE)solution.But in the maturity stage, the activity of acid invertase and the ratio of free water and bound water were lowed and the activity of neutral invertase was still very high.The sugarcane sprayed with RE solution can grow quickly in the elongation stage and slow down in the mature period to accumulate sucrose.
