摘要
研究了凝固工艺对鲜胶乳快速生物凝固速度的影响。结果表明利用自选菌种和自制的微生物培养剂A制备的生物凝固液凝固鲜胶乳的效果最理想,其用量少于1%时,胶乳凝固不完全;用量超过3%时,增加用量并不能加快生物凝固鲜胶乳的速度。增加凝固辅助剂用量可以加快鲜胶乳生物凝固的速率。胶乳的浓度由34%稀释到26%时,对胶乳生物凝固速度的影响不大,胶乳的浓度稀释到22%以下时,凝块较软而对胶乳生物凝固的速度稍有影响。生物凝固液的培养时间对胶乳生物凝固速度的影响非常明显,这种影响1~2d时最显著。同时凝固液中培养剂的浓度为5%时达到较好的凝固效果。
The coagulating technology was developed to study ural rubber latex. The results showed that the bio-coagulation effect on the coagulation of the fresh latex. The coagulation was better when the concentration of the culture agent in the coagulation liquid was controlled at 5 %.
