工艺因素对鲜胶乳快速生物凝固速度的影响 被引量:13

摘要 研究了凝固工艺对鲜胶乳快速生物凝固速度的影响。结果表明利用自选菌种和自制的微生物培养剂A制备的生物凝固液凝固鲜胶乳的效果最理想,其用量少于1%时,胶乳凝固不完全;用量超过3%时,增加用量并不能加快生物凝固鲜胶乳的速度。增加凝固辅助剂用量可以加快鲜胶乳生物凝固的速率。胶乳的浓度由34%稀释到26%时,对胶乳生物凝固速度的影响不大,胶乳的浓度稀释到22%以下时,凝块较软而对胶乳生物凝固的速度稍有影响。生物凝固液的培养时间对胶乳生物凝固速度的影响非常明显,这种影响1~2d时最显著。同时凝固液中培养剂的浓度为5%时达到较好的凝固效果。 The coagulating technology was developed to study ural rubber latex. The results showed that the bio-coagulation effect on the coagulation of the fresh latex. The fresh latex was agent A was less than 1%, and the speed of bio-coagulation the speed of the rapid bio-coagulation of fresh natliquid prepared with culture agent A had optimum not coagulated completely when the level of culture of fresh latex failed to increase when the level was more than 3 %. The speed of bio-coagulation of fresh latex increased with the level of coagulation accelerator. The dilution of the fresh latex from 34 % to 26 % was not very effective at the speed of bio-coagulation of fresh latex, and the speed became slightly low when the concentration of fresh latex was lower than 22 %. The effect of the culture time of the bio-coagulation liquid on the speed of bio-coagulation of fresh latex was very obvious, and the maximum speed was observed when the culture time was in the range of 1-2 days. The coagulation was better when the concentration of the culture agent in the coagulation liquid was controlled at 5 %.
