摘要
我国高职院校在经历了“规模超常规发展”阶段后,现正在进入“质量发展”阶段,狠抓教育教学质量已经成为当前高职院校最紧迫的任务。鉴于高职院校在办学方面与企业生产经营管理有许多相似之处,因而可借鉴现代企业的绩效管理方法,强化教育教学管理,促进高职教育的健康发展。
:Vocational schools in China has now entered the stage of "quality development" after experiencing a period of "conventionally super -scaled development". It has become the most urgent task of higher vocational institutions to emphasize the quality of education. As there are similarities in the operations between vocational colleges and enterprises, the experience of the performance management in modem enterprises can be used to strengthen education and teaching management so as to promote and develop vocational education in a constructive way.
