重庆市主城区人群肥胖与微量白蛋白尿的相关性调查 被引量:9

摘要 目的:调查重庆市主城区人群超重和肥胖的患病率,并探讨微量白蛋白尿(MAU)与肥胖的相关性。方法:在重庆市主城区健康体检人群中随机抽取30岁以上者478例,按《中国成人超重和肥胖症预防控制指南》中肥胖的诊断标准,分为正常对照组(Con组)、超重组(Ow组)和肥胖组(Ob组)。用化学发光法检测MAU,并与相关指标进行多元回归分析。结果:本人群中超重和肥胖分别为40.0%和7.3%。Ob组的MAU明显高于Con组,且与年龄和口服葡萄糖耐量试验2h血糖呈正相关。结论:重庆市超重和肥胖患病率较高,其MAU高于健康人,预示心、肾并发症的高危险性。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between microalbuminuria (MAU)and obesity in Chongqing natives.Methods: Four hundred and seventy eight subjects over 30 years old were selected at random from health examination populatinn. They were divided into 3 groups according to the Body Mass Index (BMI)diagnostic standard of〈The Guide of control and prevention of overweight and obesity in Chinese adults〉 , control group (Con group),over weight group (Ow group)and obesity group(Ob group).MAU were tested in all groups and invested with every item in Ob group.Results:The prevalences of over weight and obesity in the present study were 40.0% and 7.3% respectively. The MAU in Ob group was more than that in Con group (P〈0.05).The MAU in Ob Group was an independent factor related to the age and OGTY 2h plasma glucose.Conclusion:The morbidity of obesity in Chongqing is high.MAU is a dangerous factor related to obesity.
