摘要 介绍了一种多功能、低功耗微处理器电源监控芯片的设计方法。此芯片属于微处理器监控器件,集成有众多组件,提供了完整的微处理器的电源监控和看门狗功能,是理想的低成本电池管理方案,非常适用于电源电流为35μA的便携式、电池供电的应用中。文中分别对系统中各个模块做了介绍,特别介绍了带隙基准电压源和看门狗这两个重点模块。 This paper introduces a design method of a microprocessor supervisory chip with multifunction, low cost and low power. This chip integrates a myriad of components involved in discrete solutions to monitor power-supply and battery-control functions in microprocessor and digital systems. It offers complete microprocessor monitoring and watchdog functions. It is ideal for a low cost battery management solution and is well suited for portable, battery-powered applications with its supply current of 35 μA. This paper makes introduce to each module, especially to the band-gap and the watchdog.
