施工招标文件是施工合同的重要组成部分,文章对中小型水利工程施工招标文件及标底的编制方法和技巧进行探讨。
The bidding documents is an important part of construction contract. This paper discusses on the planning method and skill of bidding document and engineer＇s estimate for middle and small scale hydraulic engineering construction.
