摘要
淮北大堤应急加固工程淮南段建筑物工程主要施工期处于冬季,文章介绍穿堤建筑物拆除重建工程冬季施工技术与安全措施。
The building project of Huaibei dike emergency reinforcement project in Huai Nan section main construction period is in the winter. The reconstruction technology and safety precautions which used in buildings puting on the dike demolition are introduced.
