摘要
此文在文献研究的基础上,归纳了旅行社网站绩效的评价因子,并提出若干影响旅行社电子商务运营绩效的因素,经相关性检验证实了各项影响因素设计的合理性及其对旅行社网站绩效的影响强度,最后,通过聚类分析获得影响因素的分类特征。相关成果将为促进我国旅行社电子商务的理论研究和实践运作提供有益参考。
Based on documents study, the paper induces the evaluation factors regarding the performance of the websites of travel agencies and puts forward some factors that influence their good performance. Relevant tests have proved the rationality of the design of various influencing factors and the influencing intensity to the performance of websites, Finally, the classification characteristics of influencing factors are gined through clustering analysis. The related achivemeats will provide beneficial reference to the promotion of the theoretical study and practical operation of E-Concmerce for China's travel services.
