我国固定资产投资现状与发展分析

3月份的统计数据显示,城镇固定资产投资完成额和施工项目计划总投资同比增长率在3月份止跌回升,新开工项目计划总投资同比下降幅度从2月份35.8%缩小到13.9%,估计固定资产投资在2007年将保持稳定增长格局;投资增长幅度居前的部门是服务业和信息产业;房地产开发投资增幅继续上升;固定资产投资增长不是推动金融机构贷款余额同比增长较快的主导因素。

According to the data of statistic in March, firstly, it is shown that the investment in fixed assets of city＆ town and the year-on-year growth rate of project under construction planned total investment began to rise from this March, and that the amount of total proposal investments of newly-commenced building decreases from 35.8% to 13.9% in February. The investment in fixed assets is evaluated to keep increasing stably. Secondly, the service trade and information industry are the departments with the fastest investment increase. Thirdly, the real estate investment growth will keep rising. Finally, the fixed assets investment growth is not the leading element that pulls the fast rise of financial entities RMB loan balance year-on-year.
