Study of Development Strategy of Jinan's Construction Industry

以科学发展观为统领,以行业和谐为主线,以体制机制创新为重点,系统研究济南市建筑业的发展战略问题。阐述了建筑业和谐发展内涵,分析了济南市建筑业发展的基本条件,确定了战略目标,提出了“四个坚持”与“四个构建”的发展思路,即坚持科学发展,构建和谐的发展模式;坚持改革创新,构建和谐的制度体系;坚持法治建设,构建和谐的市场关系;坚持以人为本,构建和谐的劳动关系。

The development strategy of Jinan＇s construction industry is studied, taking harmonious development as key subject, and institutional innovation as priority. The essence of harmonious development of the construction industry is examined, basic conditions on which Jinan＇s construction industry develops is analyzed, strategic targets are determined, and principal strategies are proposed which includes persisting in scientific development to establish harmonious development model, persisting in reform and innovation to establish harmonious institutional system, persisting in the rule of law to establish harmonious entation to establish harmonious industrial relationship.
