目前,成本控制已成为建筑企业非常重要的管理工作,本文针对目前建筑企业成本管理存在的问题,得出:要系统解决成本管理问题,就必须在建筑企业成本竞争的新思想中寻求突破,树立精益成本管理的新思维,最终强化建筑企业成本管理。

At present,cost control is becoming a very important administive activity for building enterprise. According to the existing problems of cost control, this paper drew a conclusion： in order to solve the cost management problems of building enterprise at present, we must explore a breakthrough in new thought on cost competing, set up the new understanding of lean cost management, and strengthen the cost management of building enterprises finally.
