蒺藜总皂苷胶囊在脑血栓形成后遗症中的应用——附50例临床资料总结

Tribulus Terrestris L(Xinnaoshutong) Capsule in Cnring Cerebral Infarction

目的:通过50例临床病例总结,探讨蒺藜总皂苷胶囊(心脑舒通胶囊)与注射用头孢唑肟钠联合应用治疗脑血栓形成后遗症的临床效果;方法:将50例临床病例分组为治疗组和对照组的治疗方法进行比较。治疗组运用蒺藜总皂苷胶囊与注射用头孢唑肟钠结合治疗。对照组运用维脑路通片的治疗。结果:治疗组显效率占所选临床总病例的88%,对照组显效率占所选临床总病例的44%,显效率明显优越于对照组的显效率(50%)(P<0.05)。结论:蒺藜总皂苷胶囊与注射用头孢唑肟钠治疗脑血栓形成后遗症确实有效。蒺藜总皂苷胶囊与注射用头孢唑肟钠结合治疗是治疗脑血栓形成后遗症的首选药物。

Objective： Exploring the clincal curative effect of Tribulus Terrestris L Capsuje and Cefiizoxime Sodinm for Injection in treating Sequlae of Cerebral Infarction by so cases, Methods：In this incestigation, We observed 50 casas Whom WERE PARTED two groups. Thetreat group took the Tribulus Terrestris L capsules andcefiizoxime sodinm and the control groups took weinaolutong tablee. Results ： The clinical curative effect of treat group was significant higher than control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Tribulus Terrestris L Capsule and ceftizoxime sodinm has a credibit curative effect in curing sequelae of cerebral Lnfarction they are the chief drug.
