摘要
本文分析了目前货运组织工作中存在的问题,以昆明铁路局货运中心组织改革为背景,引入客户关系管理的相关概念,利用现有货运系统的信息资源,初步提出了铁路货运中心辅助决策支持系统的设计方案。
This article analyzes the problems which exist in the present freight transportation organization work,taking the Kunming Railroad Bureau freight transportation center organization reform as the background,the introduction customer relations management related concept,the full existing freight transportation system information resource,Initially proposed the railroad freight transportation center assistance decision support system design proposal.
