摘要
本文阐述了现代物流产业对我国传统制造业和商贸企业的重要性以及电子商务这种新经济模式对现代物流业的依赖性,同时对现代物流业的一些典型特征作了较为全面的介绍。再从宏观的角度提出了我国现代物流业规划、实施和运作的初步设想,重点介绍了电子商务B to C和B to B模式如何分别与邮政物流和第三方物流进行对接。对电子商务网站利用CRM拓展客户资源、优化业务流程并依托现代化的物流网络开展预配送,缩短实物配送时间,最大限度地满足客户对实物传送速度的期望也做了有益的探讨。
The article describes the importance of the modern logistics to the traditional manufacturing industry and trading business and how the E-commerce relays on the modern logistics system.At the same time,the typical characteristics of the modern logistics system are also introduced.Furthermore,the primary thought of the planning,implementation and the operation of the modern logistics infrastructure of China is also discussed above the macro level.How the B to C and B to B business model of the E-commerce connecting to the postal logistics and the third party logistics respectively is stressed. The E-commerce websites develop their customer resources and optimize their business processes by using the CRM and Pre-disribution approach with the support of the modem logistics network so as to shorten the distribution time and best satisfy the clients' expectation for goods delivery is probed as well.
