摘要
结合加入WTO后我国物流企业面临的竞争环境,本文提出我国的第三方物流企业应建立完善的物流信息管理系统,实现核心技术能力,与用户建立战略合作伙伴关系;完善企业的服务网络;提供优质的个性化服务;加速人才的培养。通过上述方法整合,塑造并培养自己的核心竞争力,从而使企业获得长期竞争优势的能力,打造出我国的大型国际物流企业。
Basing on the competitive environment after China becaming a member of WTO,this article proposes that our domestic 3PL enterprises should provide individuality service;accelerate personnel training,build good management system of logistics information to realize key technology ability,constructing relation with consumer;perfect industry's service network.Focusing on above four factors,so that build up our own core competitiveness.
