摘要
本文重点研究金融不良资产的一般处置模式。通过对日本的政府救助行动、美国的合同处置方式的分析,总结了国际不良资产处置领域较为成熟的经验;分析了我国近年来在金融不良资产处置领域取得的经验和存在的不足;提出了金融不良资产处置的基本模式。
This article focuses on the general model of disposing of financial non-performing assets.On the basis of comparison between governmental rescue in Japan and contractual disposition in US,the author summarizes international successful experience of dealing with NPA,analyses the experience and insufficiency in disposing of NPA in China and raises some basic and rational model for disposing of financial NPA in China.
