图书馆数据库集团采购动因的探讨

Exploration of the Dynamics of Group Procurement of Library Database

一般认为集团采购可以增强谈判实力,获得采购价格和服务上的优惠。但是图书馆之间协调成本的高低直接决定着采购联盟能否组成,成为影响联盟采购的内在因素。文章试图借助经济订货批量模型来探讨协调成本对图书馆数据库集团采购的影响。结论是:图书馆集团采购时的订货与处理成本小于单独订购时的订货与处理成本之和时,集团采购就是可行的;对供应商而言也可以增加其自身的利润。

Generally speaking, group procurement can strengthen the power of the negotiators and earn for them a good service and favorable price but it is the coordinating cost among libraries that determines the feasibility of forming a joint procurer, which emerges as an intrinsic determinant that influences the group acquisition. Adopting the scale ordering model in eco- nomics, this paper will attempt to probe how the coordinating cost influences the group procurement of the library data bank and conclude that when the cost of group procurement and the disposal expenses are estimated below the cost of the individual ordering plus the disposal expenses the group procurement would be feasible. At the same time, the suppliers will enjoy a bigger profit margin.
