在当今的网络环境下,信息素质的高低不仅是衡量一个人综合素质的重要指标,而且成为信息时代每个社会成员的基本生存能力。文章着重讨论了在信息素质普遍欠缺的现实面前,如何利用高校图书馆的信息资源优势,加强信息素质教育,尽快提高在校大学生及图书馆员的信息素质。

Under the present network environment, the level of information quality is an important target to judge the comprehensive quality of a person; moreover, it has become the fundamental existence education of each social member in the information age, This paper has discussed ways to make use of the information resources of the university libraries, strengthen information quality education, and try all out to improve the information quality of students and librarians under the environment which is lack of information quality in general.
