摘要 知识管理是当前学术研究和产业应用的热点,企业知识管理作为一种管理活动,是企业核心竞争力的源泉。文章首先分析比较了几种典型的知识管理模型及其优缺点;其次针对这些模型的不足及企业知识管理的需求,提出了提高组织创新能力、组织知识共享能力及组织知识的传播速度的策略,并针对这些策略、企业环境及多维的知识源,建立相应的企业知识管理模型并重点分析;最后探讨当前企业知识管理的研究热点。 Knowledge management is the hot spot in academic research and industry application at present. Enterprise knowledge management as a kind of management activity is the headspring for key competition power. This paper firstly analyzed several typical knowledge management models and presented corresponding comments. Secondly, strategies are proposed to improve the creation capability, share capability and knowledge transfer speed of organization aiming at the shortages of these models and the requirement of enterprise knowledge management. Based on these strategies, enterprise environment and multi-dimensional knowledge sources, enterprise knowledge management model is built correspondingly and several analyses are stressed. In the end, we discussed the current hot spot in the research of knowledge management.
