摘要
目的研究山梗菜碱对6-OHDA诱导鼠帕金森病的治疗作用。方法6-OHDA诱导制作的偏侧鼠帕金森病模型检测山梗菜碱对帕金森病的治疗作用,TH免疫检测多巴胺能神经细胞,偏侧旋转试验行行为学检测。结果通过TH免疫组化显示:山梗菜碱可以达到保护黑质多巴胺能神经元的作用(P<0.05);行为学试验显示:山梗菜碱可以有效改善运动障碍(P<0.05)。结论首次研究显示山梗菜碱有效改善6-OHDA诱导的偏侧鼠帕金森病运动障碍,对帕金森病具有潜在的治疗价值。
Objective Study on effect of lobeline on 6-OHDA-treated rat Model of Parkinson' s Disease. Methods Rat treated were examined by behavioral tests ( emetomorphine - induced rotation) and tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) immunohistochemistry was stained to dopaminergic neurons in substantia nigra. Results The results demonstrated lobeline could increased significantly TH positive neurons in substantia nigra and reversed locomotor deficits detected in MPTP - treated mice (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Lobeline may be useful to treat symptoms in Parkinson' s disease and protect dopaminergic neurons against neurotoxin in vivo.
