With the fast development of communication industry, more and more people use mobile phones when they are driving, which leads to increasing traffic accidents involving with mobile usage. The article summarizes how the mobile phone affects drivers＇ driving performance and the risk factors of traffic accidents for driving with mobile usage. The paper also introduces some measures and suggestions to reduce those traffic accidents.
