纳米成膜剂NM-1的合成及其在钻井液中的应用研究 被引量:15

摘要 纳米钻井液处理剂具有超强吸附、降低摩阻以及细微堵孔的能力,能更好地稳定井壁和保护储层。利用微乳液聚合法合成了有机纳米成膜剂NM-1。Mastersizer 2000型激光粒度仪的测定结果表明,NM-1的平均粒径为65nm。对比研究了NM-1与成膜剂CH1203B、CMJ-2、PVA、纳米SiO2对钻井液流变性和API滤失性能的影响,得出NM-1具有较好的控制滤失和降黏作用;成膜实验证明了NM-1在岩心端面形成了不透水隔离膜;抗盐实验表明NM-1在低浓度下的抗盐能力较强,浓度一旦大于5%时其抗盐能力较差,可以通过改变乳化剂的类型(如用非离子型表面活性剂)来提高其抗盐能力。 Nano drilling fluid additives have stronger adsorption, low friction and ability to seal micro fractures, and can be used in stabilizing bore hole and preserving the permeability of the reservoir formations. A Nano filming agent, NM-1, is developed using micro emulsion polymerization. Study of the filming agent using Mastersizer 2000 reveals that the average diameter of the microemulsion of NM-1 is 65 nm. Comparison of NM-1 with other filming agents such as CH1203B, CMJ-2, PVA and Nano SiO2 concerning mud rheology and API filter loss shows that muds treated with NM-1 have reduced water losses and mud viscosity. Filming making tests tell that NM-1 generates a permeability barrier on the end of the core, which prevents the flow of water through the core. Salinity tolerance tests show that NM-1 can be used at low salinity fluids. When the salt concentration is greater than 5.0% the efficiency of NM-1 begins to decrease). The salinity tolerance can be improved by using with nonionic surfactants.
