摘要
为了提高水泥石在酸性介质下的长期结构完整性和密封性,试验优选了抗腐蚀材料RF,并对成型后的水泥石块进行了不同龄期的CO2、H2S腐蚀试验,测定了其外观的变化、腐蚀深度和抗压强度,对水泥石样品进行了扫描电镜、X-射线衍射分析。结果表明:RF抗腐蚀材料能够明显地改善水泥石的抗腐蚀性能,并且所开发的抗腐蚀水泥浆体系具有良好的防窜、低失水、浆体稳定等综合性能。
To improve the structural integrity and sealing capacity of the cement in acidic environment, an anti-corrosion material RF is selected through experiments. Test is done on the corrosion tolerance of cement containing RF using carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide to study the change in the appearance, corrosion depth and the compressive strength of the cement. SEM and X-ray analyses of the tested cement show that RF can improve the anti-corrosion capacity of the cement, and the cement slurries treated with RF have good gas-check ability, low fluid loss and better rheology stability.
