摘要
华北油田岔河集油区施工井多为二开井。由于井身简化,裸眼井段长,斜井施工多、注水井和采油井相对密集,钻井施工井下风险增大,给钻井液施工带来了难度。针对岔河集油区施工井的特点,采用相应的钻井液工艺技术和配方,在上部井段采用低固相正电胶聚合物抑制型钻井液,控制上部地层造浆,以防止地层水化膨胀,避免起下钻阻卡发生;下部井段采用聚磺防塌型钻井液,控制高温高压滤失量,提高防塌润滑能力,保证长裸眼井下施工安全作业。应用结果表明,该套钻井液体系满足了岔河集油区技术套管层次少、长裸眼施工井的要求,并且钻井液配方简单,易于施工,对解决长裸眼施工防阻卡效果明显。
Wells in the Block Cha-He-Ji in North China Oilfield almost all have two sections.Drilling fluid engineering operation in this area is risky because of the simplified borehole profile,long open hole,slant hole operation and the populated injection and production wells presented.Optimization of the drilling fluid programs had been done for years.In the upper part of the wells drilled,low-solids MMH-polymer mud is proved successful in controlling shale/clay hydration,and drag and friction during tripping.Polymer-sulfonates muds are used in the lower part of the wells for HTHP filtration control and mud lubricity.Field application shows that this mud program meets the requirement of drilling in Block Cha-He-Ji,where long open hole drilling prevails.The composition of the muds is simple,and the properties of the muds are easy to maintain.
