广州管圆线虫病是由广州管圆线虫引起的一种人兽共患病。人是广州管圆线虫的非正常宿主，其幼虫侵入人体后，进入中枢神经系统，可引起嗜酸性粒细胞增多性脑膜炎或脑炎，对人体危害很大。该病主要流行于热带和亚热带地区，东南亚和太平洋诸岛多见。该文总结了广州管圆线虫病的诊断和治疗的研究现状。

Angiostrongyliasis cantonensis is a zoonosis caused by Angiostrongylus cantonensis. Human is an abnormal host of A. cantonensis. Its larva can invade the central nervous system of human bodies and result in eosinophilic meningitis or menigoencephalitis. Angiostrongyliasis cantonensis is widespread in tropical and subtropical zones, especially in southeast Asia and the Pacific islands. This article reviews the researches on diagnosis and drug therapy of angiostrongyliasis cantonensis.
