大鼠树突状细胞培养方法研究进展

Research progress on culture method of rat dendritic cells

树突状细胞（DC）是目前已知的体内专职性抗原提呈细胞。获得大量高纯度、且表型与功能典型的DC，是各种基础研究和临床应用的前提。由于DC是潜在重要的免疫调节剂且在大鼠炎症疾病模型中广泛应用，因而研究完善的大鼠DC体外培养扩增方法具有重要的意义。该文对目前大鼠骨髓，淋巴结，和脾脏来源的DC的培养方法进行了综述。

Dendritic cells （DCs） are the specific antigen presenting cells （APCs） that are essential for stimulation of antigen-specific naive T cell populations in vivo. So how to generate high purity DCs with typical phenotype and function is the premise of basic research and clinical application. With the potential importance of DCs as immunomodulatory agents and the widespread use of rat models of inflammatory diseases, it is of significance to isolate, purify and proliferate rat DCs in vitro. This article reviewed the culture method of the DCs from bone marrow, lymph node and spleen of rats.
