摘要
对5种彩叶地被植物的离体叶片进行人工冷冻处理,测定其相对电导率、可溶性糖S、OD、MDA等含量,研究它们的抗寒机制。结果表明,这5种植物的抗寒性具有明显差异。5种植物的相对电导率随着温度的降低而增加,但不同植物增加的幅度及速度不同,可溶性糖含量总体上随温度下降而呈递增状态,红花木、红叶石楠的可溶性糖含量随温度下降而呈递减状态。金边大叶黄杨的SOD含量是随温度的降低先下降后上升,其他植物的含量随温度的下降而上升,MDA含量总体上随温度下降而呈递增状态,但红叶石楠MDA含量随温度的下降而降低。依据相对电导率的大小抗寒性强弱顺序为红叶石楠>金边大叶黄杨>金叶女贞>红花木>金边长春藤。
The electrolyte leakage,soluble sugar,SOD and MDA in five species of color-leafed ground cover plants were studied,The result showed that cold resistance of these plants had conspicuous difference, Under different cold temperature stresses, the color-leafed ground cover plant with strong cold-resistance showed the higher activity of soluble sugar and SOD and lower MDA content.The concentration of SOD,soluble sugar and the concent of MDA can be used as indexes to judge the ability of cold-resistance.
