摘要 以1/2MS、MS和B5为基本培养基研究了不同浓度的6-BA对“红标无核”葡萄茎段培养的影响。结果表明,采用70%的乙醇20 s和1.0 g/kg升汞5 min对外植体消毒效果最理想。芽诱导的6-BA最佳浓度为2.5 mg/L,在MS培养基上芽的诱导率达到90%,在B5培养基上诱导率为80%;在MS培养基中,6-BA浓度为1.0 mg/L,IAA浓度为0.5 mg/L时,芽的分化与增殖均为最佳;在1/2MS生根培养基中,IBA浓度为1.0 mg/L时生根率达84%,平均根数为5条,根生长良好。 The apical stem and stem segment with axilla bud of Hongbiao Seedless Grape were cultured on the basic medium with different concentration of 6-BA, Results showed that using 70% ethanol for 20 s and 1.0 g/kg Hg for 5 min got optimum effect on sterilizing explants.The optimum concentration of 6- BA was 2,5 ng/L in inducing bud, with the bud induction of 90% on MS medium and 80% on B5 medium, When the 6-BA concentration was 1,0 mg/L,IAA concentration was 0.5 mg/L, the differentiation and multiplication of the induced buds were optimum. On the 1/2 MS rooting medium,when IAA concentration was 0.5 mg/L, the root grown well and the rooting reached 84% ,with roots number of 5 on average.
