以ABA、SA为成分的水稻种衣剂的应用基础研究 被引量:5

摘要 用1.2 mg/kg ABA6、.0 mg/kg SA的浓度组合包衣水稻种子,以清水处理为对照,对水稻种子萌发、幼苗生长、幼苗低温处理进行生理生化指标测定。结果表明,与对照相比,以ABA、SA组合包衣的水稻种子表现出种子萌发率高、健壮度高、发根力强,单位叶绿素含量的叶绿体进行光合作用的能力高的特点。低温胁迫下,经过组合包衣处理的水稻幼苗的叶绿素含量的下降(14%)程度小于CK(24%),水稻幼苗根系受伤害程度小于CK;热不稳定蛋白在总蛋白质中所占比例比常温对照提高了8.25%,比CK的6.39%提高的幅度大;清除活性氧能力强于CK,说明其抗低温能力较CK强。MDA与电解质渗漏率的测定结果表明,经过ABA、SA组合包衣处理的水稻幼苗抗低温能力强于CK。 In lab experiment,the rice seed-coating-agent with the composition of 1.2 mg/kg ABA and 6 mg/kg SA was used to test the physiological and biochemical indexes of seed germination, seedling growth and seedling under low temperature treatment, with riming as the control. Determination showed that compared with the control, the tested rice seeds treated by ABA and SA coating-agent had the propertys of high seed germination percentage, high seed haleness, strong rooting ability and high ability of photosynthesis by chloroplast of unit chlorophyll content. Under low temperature stress, the rice seedling treated by ABA and SA coatingagent decreased the chlorophyll content (14%), with the decreasing degree being lower than CK (24%) and the hurting degree of root being stroller than CK; the proportion of thermal instability protein in seedling in total protein increased by 8.25% than normal temperature CK, with the increasing degree being higher than CK (6.39%) ; the ability of getting rid of active oxygen in treated seedlings was stronger than CK, indicating that the ability of low temperature resistance in treated seedlings being higher than CK. Determination of MDA and electrolyte permeability in rice seedling leaves also showed that the treated seedling enhanced the ability of low temperature resistance.
