兴山县3个大果核桃株系与优级优株坚果经济性状分析

Analysis of the Eonomic Characteristics of Three Large Walnut Varieties in Xingshan County

分析了兴山县3个大果核桃株系和1个优级优株及高接植株的坚果主要经济性状。结果表明:大果核桃商品经济性状突出,单果重比优级优株高56.76%,仁重与优级优株相仿;其中XS0603株系仁重7.29 g比美国加州主栽核桃品种培尼(Payne)高35%,单果重17.1 g比培尼高52%。供试株系间单果重、出仁率、粗脂肪、可溶性糖、取仁指数、种壳厚度均呈极显著差异,仁重无显著差异。

Main economic character of 3 large walnut plants in Xingshan County were analyzed. It was showed that commodity economic character of the large walnut was excellent, its weight per fruit was 56.76% higher than that of the excellent plant, its weight per kernel was similar to that of the excellent plant. Kernel weight of XS0603 strain was 7.29 g, which was 35% higher than that of the main cultivated walnut of Califolia, named Payne in USA. The weight per fruit was 17.1 g, which was 52 % higher than that of Payne. There were most significant differences in fruit weight, kernel weight, kernel rate crude lipid, soluble sugar, index of kernel, thichness of walnut shell among different strian. The differences was mainly existed between the large fruit strain and the excellent strian. There was no significant difference in the kernel weight among different strians.
