摘要
采用PDA培养基从连翘茎、叶中分离到19株内生真菌,对其分别进行液体培养,将发酵产物中的发酵液用高压蒸汽湿热灭菌,菌丝体晾干研磨后用丙酮提取。用发酵处理液和丙酮粗提物采用生长速率法对一些植物病原菌进行抑菌活性测定。结果表明:抑菌率在50%以上的活性菌株,发酵液组中有1株(5.26%),菌丝体组中有13株(81.25%),表明其抑菌活性成分主要为胞内代谢产物(存在于菌丝体粗提物中)。筛选出2株抗菌谱较广的内生真菌(J4和J8),其中J8对9种病原真菌抑菌活性较强,J4对6种病原真菌抑菌活性较强。
19 endophytic fungi isolated from the stem and leaf of Fructus forsythiae with PDA medium were cultivated in liquid medium respectively.Moist-heat sterilization was used to dispose the fermentation broth and mycelia were extracted with acetone after desiccated and grounded.The antifungal activity of the fermentation broth and the acetone extracts of mycelia on several plant pathogenic fungi were tested by means of mycelium growth rate.The results showed that the fermentation broth of 1 strain(5.26%)had a certain degree fungicidial activity (the inhibition rate more than 50% ) and the acetone extracts of mycelia of 13 strains(81.25 % )exhibited more than 50% fungicidial activity. The ~rr^und of fungicidial activity mostly consisted of mycelia.2 strains (J4 and J8) with wide antifungal spdotram were screened out.'Ihe fungistasis of J8 to nine kinds of pathogenic fungi and the fungistasis ot J4 to six kinds of pathogenic fungi were rather strong.
