提出了一种基于渗透水注加量与压榨过程蔗渣纤维量成一定比例的微机渗透水自控系统,并对该系统的工作原理、参数检测和软件进行了阐述。认为该系统在减少能耗、提高经济效益方面可起到一定的作用。

This paper introduces a microprocessor-based imbibition control system, which makes the amount of imbibition water in proportion to the amount of bagasse fiber crushed.Its principle,parameter detected and software are desc- ribed.The system can also reduce the consumption of energy and increase profits.
