摘要
上海银行大厦是一幢高230m的超高层办公大楼。地下室采用桩筏基础和地下连续墙。主楼结构体系为型钢混凝土框架-筒体结构。在结构设计中分别针对层6以下的薄弱层、层14的转换层、层30的刚性层采取了相应的计算和构造措施,并通过了抗震超限审查。主楼和裙房间采用大跨鱼腹桁架,桁架下弦采用高强度预应力钢棒。
Shanghai bank tower is a super high-rise office building with the height of 230m. The basement is supported by pile-raft. The structural system of tower is steel-reinforeed frame-tower. To weak floors, transfer floor and rigid floor, many calculating and construction measures were adopted. And then the structural design passed the seismic inspection. Between tower and podium, a large span fish-truss is over the plaza. The bottom chord of the truss is used by pre-stress steel bar.
