摘要
采用后外包钢管混凝土柱,钢结构组合楼面置换,核心筒剪力墙粘钢加固等方法对中国民生银行总部大厦进行改扩建设计。建筑高度由原134.7m增至188.6m,建筑面积增加约3万m2。介绍了结构体系和抗侧力体系的确定、结构计算分析、结构加固方法、高强灌浆材料选择、钢结构置换施工顺序及节点构造等内容。
China Minsheng Bank Mansion is reconstructed and expanded by the methods of RC column post-covered steel tube, composite steel and concrete floor substitution and core wall externally bonded steel frames strengthen etc. The height of building is increased from 134.7m to 188.6m and the total area is enlarged 30 000m^2 . Contents of structural design for the mansion are introduced, including structural system establishment, structural analysis, seismic design, structure reinforcing methods, high strength material selection, substitute subsequence from concrete floors to composite steel-concrete floors and joint connection etc.
