摘要
本文从理论和实验上深入研究了注入液体制冷剂对制冷涡旋压缩机行为的影响,建立了基于缸壁传热基础上的气液混合的压缩模型,并通过实验研究了液体制冷剂的注入对压缩机性能的影响。研究表明制冷剂的注入从根本上增加了压缩功率,降低了压缩效率。另外,本文还探讨了液体注入对油粘性和制冷剂在油中的溶解性的影响以及与机械损失和压缩机可靠性的关系。
Fundamental influence of liquid refrigerant injection on the performance of a scroll compressor has been investigated theoretically and experimentally in this paper. A compressor model of vapor/liquid mixture is developed by taking account of heat transfer. An experiment has been done in order to investigate the fundamental influence of the liquid refrigerant injection on the compressor performance. The result proved that the injection basically increases the compression power and decrease the compressor efficiency. Furthermore, influence of the refrigerant injection on the oil viscosity and refrigerant solubility in the oil, which relate mechanical loss and reliability of the compressor, have been discussed.
