摘要
采用标准k-ε模型和壁面函数法对多管式高效空气过滤器进行了数值模拟研究,得到滤管内部速度场和压力分布的一些规律,并对滤料阻力进行分析。同时与实验结果进行了对比分析,验证了此方法的可靠性。
The velocity field and the pressure distribution in the multi-tube high efficiency particulate air filters (HEPA filter) is investigated numerically using simulation method based on the standard k-ε turbulent flow model and wall function method. In comparing with the experimental data the pressure drop of the filtering material resulting from the simulation is analyzed. The method introduced in the paper proves applicable and reliable.
